Improved features for identifying changes by using both marginal markings and QR Codes for print and PDF formats (Digital Codes show changes in color) Full color vector images in digital format of the codes in the ICC digital codes platform Code section number changes from 2024 are shown in relocation tables accessed online, and by QR Codes in the printed editions AltText of figures for screen readers for the visually impaired persons Key changes in the 2027 IFGC® include: Appliances using natural gas with hydrogen admixtures are addressed. Return air may be taken from some specific indoor areas. Maximum gas demand has been clarified for accurate sizing. Requirements for pressure testing pipes and joints are updated to match current industry practice. Table 308.2, Reduction of Clearances, is updated.
