Please, read our Return and Refund Policies before submitting a Refund Request. Our Returns and Refunds Policies are designed to make the process clear and straightforward for all customers.
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt in line with our Returns and Refunds Policies.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.
Some items are non-returnable:
• Any product containing a digital access code if the plastic seal has been removed and/or code has been exposed.
• Downloadable software products.
Restocking fees will be charged for:
• Books with obvious signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund. We will notify you if there are any issues with your return, in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policies.
If approved, your refund will be processed within one business day.
NOTE: refund processing time may vary, depending on the original payment method.
Exchanges

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to due to our error.
Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to due to our error.
If you are returning items valued over $100, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not process any refunds until the product is received by us.
