Description
This Key Number Digest contains headnotes for education-related cases from the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeal, U.S. District Courts, and all state appellate courts. The headnotes, classified by Wests Key Number System, cover cases from 1981 to the present. Topics are listed in alphabetical order, with Key Numbers within topics listed in numerical order. Each topic begins with scope notes about subjects included, subjects excluded and those covered by other topics. The topic outline lists all Key Numbers for that topic. Each volume is supplemented by a pocket part and the full set is supplemented by interim pamphlets.
