Description
Economic Regulation features reproduction of complete text, images, and provisions relating to the Texas Register and Title 16 of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC). The rules and regulations in the TAC were adopted pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act. TAC is arranged by titles and parts, and each part represents an individual state agency. Title 16 presents Economic Regulation in two volumes. Source notes show effective dates and locations within the Texas Register where initial adoption of sections and any amendments appear. Titles of the TAC are also available on Westlaw.
