Description
Community Development features the reproduction of complete texts, images, and provisions relating to the Texas Register and Title 10 of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC). The rules and regulations in the TAC were adopted pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act. TAC is arranged into titles and parts, with each part representing an individual state agency. Title 10 presents Community Development. Source notes show effective dates and locations within the Texas Register where initial adoption of sections and any amendments appear.
