Description
This set covers all published decisions issued by the Ohio Supreme Court. It is a component of the Ohio Official Reports, published jointly with the Ohio State Bar Association. This product is not part of the National Reporter System, and its pagination is independent of the North Eastern Reporter and Ohio Cases, where Ohio decisions are also published. The decisions do not have editorial enhancements, but West headnotes and Key Numbers appear in the Index or Key Number Digest. The Official Reports Advance Sheet includes cases from the Ohio Supreme Court, the Ohio Court of Appeals, and selected cases from Ohio trial courts published in the Miscellaneous Reports.
