As there is only one civil action in Kentucky, the goal of Professor Eades in Kentucky Law of Damages is to inform the attorney and judge which relief is appropriate. This treatise covers most of the types of relief available in all courts in Kentucky. Part I discusses the different types of remedies and explains the general principles applicable to each remedy. Part II discusses specific types of actions and explains the remedies available for each action.
