General Digest, 16th is a multiple-volume digest that covers state and federal court cases from all U.S. jurisdictions. Significant points of law are summarized in headnotes and classified according to the Key Number System. Features include: Key Number Analysis precedes each topic and covers all principles of law for that subject. A Table of Cases that alphabetically lists the title of each case, by both the plaintiffs and defendants names, and provides the reporter citation, subsequent case history, and the Digest topic and Key Number under which each point of law is digested. A Descriptive-Word Index that uses words describing facts, places, things, and legal principles from actual cases.
