Federal Procedure Rules Service, Fourth Circuit provides localized coverage of the rules necessary to practice within the Fourth Circuit, that is, the rules of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and each of the District Courts within the Fourth Circuit. In addition, this pamphlet contains the rules of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the District Court for the District of Columbia. To ensure currentness, this Federal Procedure Rules Service pamphlet will be replaced three times per year.
