The CALCRIM handbook keeps up with legal developments, analyzing instructions as well as the Judicial Councils bench notes and commentary, and covering all the major appellate cases that have interpreted CALCRIM. The instructions appearing in this book are current as of the date of the case and are examples only. Practitioners should look up the most current CALCRIM instructions (available on Westlaw) before using them.
