Description
Environmental Quality features reproduction of complete text, images, and provisions relating to the Texas Register and Title 30 of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC). The rules and regulations in the TAC were adopted pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act. TAC is arranged into titles and parts, and each part represents an individual state agency. Environmental Quality presents Title 30 in three volumes. Source notes show effective dates and locations within this work where initial adoption of sections and any amendments appear. Titles of the TAC are also available on Thomson Reuters Westlaw.
