Olson: Minnesota commercial statutes, including statutes regulating sales, leases, commercial paper, garnishment, secured transactions, and mechanics liens, the Minnesota Antitrust Act (and related regulations), the Minnesota Uniform Trade Secret Act, Minnesota environmental regulation, including MERLA and MERA, and the Minnesota Franchise Act, together with selected dealership laws and related regulations.
