Written by the Supreme Court Committee on Criminal Jury Instructions, Colorado Jury Instructions Criminal includes several sections of model instructions that are generally applicable, and encompass the entirety of Colorados Criminal Code (Title 18 of the Colorado Revised Statutes). The Committee added 19 new chapters, expanded comments, revisions based on 2016 legislation, corrections to substantive errors that appeared in COLJI-Crim. (2015), and corrections to nonsubstantive formatting irregularities.
