Description
The third edition of Design Guide 7 provides coverage of structural considerations encountered in the design of conventional industrial buildings, with and without overhead cranes. The guide specifically addresses roof systems, wall system design, bracing systems, column anchorage, crane support, fatigue concerns for crane supports, and other serviceability criteria. The design guide has been updated to the 2016 AISC Specification and the 15th Edition Steel Construction Manual, and design examples are provided in greater detail in this edition.
